Refund policy

Electronic withdrawal: Withdraw from contract. Open the relevant order, submit the request and confirm it on screen. We will acknowledge receipt electronically without undue delay.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To exercise this right, email a clear withdrawal statement to hello@nopedarling.com before the 14-day period expires. Include your name, order number and the items concerned. You may use any unambiguous wording; no special form is required.

Returning the goods
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of your notice. Please contact us before sending the parcel so we can provide the correct return instructions. Unless we provide a different authorised return address in writing, the return address is:

You are responsible for the direct cost of a statutory withdrawal return unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We recommend using a trackable service.

Condition of returned goods
You may inspect and try on a product as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging and tags should be included where reasonably possible, but their absence does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Refunds
We will reimburse payments received for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order. Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery method is not refundable. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Made-to-order and personalised products
Our standard statement T-shirts and other standard products remain eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right even though they are made to order. The statutory exception applies only to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for that customer.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items
Inspect the order after delivery and contact hello@nopedarling.com promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described. Include the order number and photographs where helpful. We will arrange the legally appropriate remedy without charging return costs. Statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected, including the applicable minimum two-year legal guarantee under EU law.

Exchanges
For a different size or design, contact us first. Where a direct exchange is not available, you may return the eligible item and place a new order. This does not limit statutory rights.

Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled until it has entered fulfilment. Contact hello@nopedarling.com immediately. If production or fulfilment has already begun, the statutory withdrawal procedure above remains available where applicable.
