SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-order production
NOPE, DARLING. products are produced after an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary stock and waste. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the current estimate for the complete order unless checkout states otherwise.

Shipping destinations and rates
We currently ship only to destinations made available at checkout. Current standard shipping rates are:
• Hungary: HUF 1,990
• Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands: EUR 5.90
• Denmark and Ireland: EUR 7.90
• Spain: EUR 9.90

The final shipping charge and available service are displayed before payment. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after checkout.

Delivery times
The delivery estimate shown at checkout covers the made-to-order process and transit unless checkout states otherwise. For Hungary, the configured standard estimate is 5–8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is concluded, as required by applicable consumer law.

Tracking and delivery
Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at hello@nopedarling.com if an address needs to be corrected before fulfilment.

Delays, loss and damage
If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@nopedarling.com with the order number and relevant photographs where applicable. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you when the carrier was arranged by us.

Customs and import charges
Orders delivered within the European Union are not expected to incur customs charges. If shipping to another destination becomes available, the customer will be informed at checkout of the conditions that apply.
